WHAT IS PQ®?

Self-command is the ability to shift your thoughts and behaviors from a place of negativity to one of positivity. When you can do this, the negative emotions you experience don’t stay around for very long. The moment you feel them, you can begin the shift.

But this isn’t something that can be intellectualized. You must train the mind to do this. No matter how smart we are, we can’t “think” our way into positivity.

Whether or not you can self-command is based on a simple quotient. It all depends on whether your negative feelings about yourself, someone else, or a circumstance are stronger or if the neural pathways that allow you to see the gift in anything and shift to positive feelings are stronger. In Positive Intelligence® coaching, this is called the Positive Intelligence Quotient, or PQ® for short. 

Once you know how to self-command, you can raise your PQ® and increase your chances of having a more positive experience.

THE PROGRAM

Over the course of 12 weeks, you will discover simple, easy to use methods that empower you to create sustainable change toward wellness, performance, and positive relationships.

The PQ® operating system provides the opportunity to identify and decrease negative thoughts (what we call Saboteurs) and work to increase positive thoughts (what we call Sage). You will complete a Saboteur assessment before beginning the program to help identify your top Saboteurs.

Your program includes access to the PQ® app, where you'll experience daily practice, a weekly focus, the PQ gym, and a community. The app gives you a convenient, tangible way to learn and measure your progress. You'll also have a weekly coaching call to discuss the concepts from that week's content. 

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Your 12-week Self-Command Performance mental fitness program includes:

  • Access to the PQ® app for the duration of your program - available on Apple and Android, as well as a desktop version

  • Weekly hour-long training videos for the first 7 weeks and app-guided exercises

  • PQ® Gym - guided sessions available in the app to practice and log "PQ reps" - the foundation for building new neural pathways

  • Community - the internal social network for the program

  • Coaching Pod - your support and daily accountability group, meeting once a week to reflect on the training

  • Six weeks of GROW, the advanced version of the app, with an option to continue if desired.

Kris holds a doctorate in performance and certifications in social emotional arts, business coaching, money and branding archetypes. She is also a Positive Intelligence® Coach and a Gene Keys Guide. Weekly 1-hour Coaching Pod Calls occur on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays. The exact day and time are set once a Cohort forms. Training videos are released the Saturday before the discussion topic and must be watched before the Coaching Pod Call.

REFUND POLICY

Should you have an issue that would prevent you from fully participating, you may request a full refund or request to apply your payment to the next Cohort provided there is space, up to 7 days before your Cohort's first coaching session. If you wish to cancel with less than 7 days notice, you may request to apply your full payment amount to the next Cohort, or you may request a 50% refund. This program requires commitment. There are no refunds once the first coaching session for your Cohort has begun.
